入職要求 / Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury or upscale restaurant environment.
- 具備最少兩年高級餐廳或豪華餐飲服務工作經驗。
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude.
- 具備卓越顧客服務技巧，態度專業、親切有禮。
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse range of guests and team members.
- 良好中英文讀寫及會話能力，能操普通話者優先，以便與不同背景的客人及團隊成員有效溝通。
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- 具備良好人際關係及溝通技巧，重視顧客體驗。
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- 能於節奏快速及具挑戰性的工作環境中高效工作。
