工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in daily operation
- Ensure raw materials received are of the required standards
- Supervise in food preparation
- Train subordinates per standard recipe
- Keep sanitary and cleanliness of work areas at high standard level
- Implement ISO 22000 requirement
入職要求 / Requirements
- Form 5 or above, with vocational certificate would be an advantage
- Over 5 years working experience in hotel or large commercial kitchens
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken Chinese
- Familiar with ISO22000 food safety system
