Brand Manager position focused on beauty products at Eternal Optical & Perfumery (Far East) Limited in Hong Kong.
工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Develop annual forecasting, A&P budgeting and execution of marketing as well as action plans to achieve the business goals
- Design and lead 360-degree campaigns and product launch strategies, aligning global brand guidelines with local consumer insights and trends.
- Map out detailed execution plans and supervise the team to deliver outstanding result through efficient communication and implementation.
- Monitor and analyze campaigns & to provide insights and recommendations to optimize investment.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brand principals, trade partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities.
入職要求 / Requirements
- Degree in Marketing and Business Administration or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ working experience in retail industry with at least 2 years at supervisory level, have experience in beauty retail industry would be advantage
- Passionate about beauty/ luxury, with strong sense of industry trend and digital landscape.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, creative and able to work under pressure
- Strong analytical mind and self-motivated
- Good team leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese, both written and spoken
