We are looking for an Engineer with experience in property and facilities management.
工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Monitor property maintenance, building improvement / renovation works, E&M facilities operation
- Hands-on experience in preparing technical specifications for the works
入職要求 / Requirements
- Higher Diploma in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
- At least 5 years' experience in property and facilities management
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade B is preferred
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Technical Officer
