Join Green Price Limited as a Graduate Trainee – Retail Specialist, where you'll lead teams in a fast-paced, sustainable retail environment.

工作時間 / Hours: On-site / At the workplace

Assist the Retail Lead in managing a team of 100+ managers and assistants across our store network
Craft compelling, benefit-driven product copy and specs for our diverse community
Conduct store inspections and product shoots for social media
On-site competitor price research
Resolve store-related operational problems
Educators' Onboarding and Training
Shift-arrangement
Customer enquiries and complaints
Manage and optimize point-of-sale (POS) systems
Ensure constant improvement by reviewing performance metrics, practices and processes
Price adjustments and promotion suggestions
Work closely with partners for corporate sales and promotion opportunities

Prior retail experience is a must
Willingness to work rotating shifts and spend at least 30% of the time in-store, depending on business needs
Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Proven ability to motivate teams, provide feedback, and manage conflict
Passionate about retail with a commitment to high performance standards and team development
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
Active in and energized by community engagement

Base salary 23K with up to 2 months’ performance bonus every year
