工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Assist the daily operation of the cake section in pastry kitchen, including production, preparation and presentation, ensure the quality and consistency of service delivery in alignment with the overall hotel initiatives and brand standards;
- Communicate directly with customers in liaison with the Cake Shop to ensure all the special orders are properly done and follow up;
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in and around all culinary work areas.
