工作職責 / Responsibilities
- curate personalized learning solutions for Beauty Advisors (BA), enhancing their capabilities beyond product knowledge to excel in client experience and retail excellence.
- coaching and collaborating with Area Managers and Boutique Managers.
入職要求 / Requirements
- Degree or tertiary diploma graduate with multiple years of experience in people interactions, coaching, and training, with a preference for a managerial role in selling, retail, or client service.
- Strong client-centric mindset and vision for service excellence.
- Excellent communication, influence skills, and a strong passion for people development.
- Open-mindedness, adaptability, and strong planning and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and flexibility in mobility and retail hours.
