We are seeking a Senior Category Manager to manage and develop products in the health supplement and beauty sectors, focusing on brand building and market share enhancement.

工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Responsible for brand building, product image
- Study Market trends and consumer insights to deliver brand sales and market share targets
- Identifying, analyzing the new product development
- Source health supplement /skincare/cosmetics formulation and packaging from manufacturers especially in the Asia Pacific
- Manage and follow up whole health supplement/ cosmetics/skincare product development process and ensure adherence to approved and favorable cost from negotiating for maximizing product GP, quality and delivery standards
- To work closely with retail and sales management to ensure that store layouts, promotions and display techniques are effective in maximizing sales and profit from the specific merchandise categories.
- To negotiate and work with vendors to build mutually beneficial relationships to ensure long term strategic partnership
- Maintain effective communication both internal and external parties
入職要求 / Requirements
- Bachelor degree in marketing/ merchandising, retail management or related disciplines
- At least 8 year of experience in purchasing/sourcing, health supplement cosmetics/ skincare products is preferred
- Experiencing health supplement management is a must
- Strategic, good business acumen and communication skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Putonghua
- Energetic/ Presentable/Good Marketing Sense
