• Provide professional wine service and recommendations to club members and guests.
• Assist in hosting wine tastings, dinners, and educational events.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding wines, spirits, and food pairings.
• Support in daily stock control, cellar organization, and replenishment.
• Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing wines in accordance with proper handling procedures.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory movements and assist in monthly stocktaking of equipment.
• Participate in continuous learning programs and internal tastings to enhance professional knowledge.
• Support team training on wine service standards and club offerings.
• Research emerging wine regions, producers, and trends to support procurement decisions.
