工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Assist the Education and Artistry Team to define and lead the training and development of All Artist with career path frameworks and succession planning
- Support and inspire delivery of all training materials with artistry creation related
- Drive from ideation to execution, blend Innovative Artistry with strategic insights to create captivating consumer experiences
- Elevate professional makeup skills of frontline staff to strengthen makeup to skincare link sale
- Support certifications in makeup artistry and creation, leadership
- Stay updated on social media trends, opportunities and best practices to drive creativity and opportunities
- Work closely with internal and external parties to support the planning and execution of new launch campaigns
- Conceptualize creative ideas that align with campaign objectives and artist releases
- Handle other ad hoc projects as assigned
入職要求 / Requirements
- Tertiary Education and above in any disciplines is preferred
- Minimum 4 years of training or relevant experience in makeup/beauty industry is a must
- Solid experience in design and delivery of training programs
- Good managerial skills to lead and motivate the team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Creative thinker with a passion for artistry
- Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with different levels of people
- Good command in written & spoken Cantonese & English
- Proficiency in using MS office and Chinese word processing
- Proficiency in livestreaming and video editing is preferred but not mandatory
