工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving product development from concept to launch, ensuring our health supplement portfolio remains competitive, customer-focused, and commercially successful.
- Define product strategy, roadmap, and priorities in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research, analyse consumer trends, and review customer feedback to identify product opportunities.
- Translate business needs and customer requirements into clear product specifications.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop, launch, and improve health supplement products.
- Manage the product development lifecycle to ensure timely execution and quality standards.
- Monitor product performance and use data insights to drive improvements.
- Coordinate product-related communication and updates with stakeholders.
- Stay current on market trends, industry developments, and innovation opportunities.
- Lead and manage a Product team of 3–4 members.
- Report directly to the Chief Business Officer.
入職要求 / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Nutrition, Food Science, Food Technology, Pharmaceutical Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Relevant experience in product management in the health supplements, health food, pharmaceutical products, or traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) industry is required.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions.
- Good understanding of product development methodologies and lifecycle management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about product innovation.
