工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Actively hunt for top beauty professionals.
- Handle the full spectrum of recruitment activities in a timely and professional manner, including but not limited to drafting job advertisements, shortlisting and interviewing candidates, making offers, preparing employment contracts, and conducting new joiner orientation arrangements.
- Conduct interview to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit and career motivations.
- Build & maintain strong relationships with Line Managers within the beauty sector.
- Manage the entire hiring pipeline - from scheduling interviews to negotiating salary packages and closing deals.
- Determine selection criteria and source potential candidates through various channels.
入職要求 / Requirements
- Degree or higher diploma in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
- 1-2 years of experience; Minimum 1 years relevant working experiences in Human Resources with beauty industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, Independent, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
