工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Assist the Training Manager in identifying training needs and formulating effective training & development plans
- Plan, deliver and monitor training activities (including product demonstration and training classes) to achieve corporate training objectives
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide professional training classes to customers
- Provide on-the-job training to newly recruited beauticians and monitor their performance
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training content and delivery methods
入職要求 / Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in the beauty industry
- Strong passion for training, self-motivated, dynamic and hands-on, with solid leadership skills
- Holder of recognized international certificate(s) in professional beauty services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer-oriented, proactive and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
