We are now looking for a talented Building Surveyor to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Building Engineer, the incumbent will be responsible for leading the building surveying team for the maintenance of the building fabrics of the residential properties and commercial tower in Island Place.
工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and monitor large-scaled maintenance works and major improvement works
- Responsible for budget preparation, recommend maintenance strategies, oversee compliance with building regulations and supervising team members
- Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the building fabrics, plumbing and drainage of residential properties and commercial tower
- Supervise the contractors and in-house technicians
- Monitor the tendering and contract administration
- Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints
- Plan and implement alteration and addition works, renovation works, and fitting out works
- Assist in budget preparation
- Recommend maintenance strategy, control and ensure all builders’ works are complied with the building regulations
入職要求 / Requirements
- Degree in Building Surveying or graduate from related disciplines
- Qualified Professional Building Surveyor (MHKIS or MRICS) or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance of building fabrics and A&A works of residential buildings, including 3 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in handling owner’s committee matters is a plus
- Good communication skills; ability to work with people at all levels
- Willing to attend night meetings and 24-hour emergency calls
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD
