Rosewood Hong Kong is seeking a Duty Engineer responsible for supervising the daily operations, maintenance, and repairs of hotel facilities.
工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Responsible to supervise the daily operations, maintenance and repairs of entire hotel facilities including physical plants, engineering facilities, equipment and machinery
- Respond to day to day maintenance requests from guests and cope with emergency and severe situation
- Monitor the working conditions of all electrical and mechanical equipment
- Work with contractors to coordinate constructions, remodeling projects, maintenance and renovations works throughout the hotel
入職要求 / Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 2 years in supervisory level
- Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent
- Qualification and proven work experience in building maintenance
- Possess strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Is a 'brand ambassador' at all times and ensures brand integrity and clarity and company’s culture is always maintained.
