Moneycorp is seeking a Head of Compliance/MLRO to join their Compliance team on a full-time, permanent basis in Hong Kong.

工作時間 / Hours: This is a permanent role within the Compliance team based in our Hong Kong office.

工作職責 / Responsibilities

• Handle the onboarding and ongoing reviews for Hong Kong’s portfolio of customers in line with group procedures
• Support jurisdiction reviews for selected markets in Asia
• Execute TM workload, elevate and report locally and to Head Office as necessary
• Produce periodic TM reviews for local management record
• Keep local office abreast of Group AML/CFT policies, relevant updates to laws, sanctions, risks and concerns
• Update and enhance local policies, manuals, documentation as needed
• Supporting local staffs’ training in AML/CFT, including ensuring the completion of both Group and local regulator’s training requirements
• Overseeing local Compliance staff

• Strong knowledge of MSO licencing and regulatory framework including the AML Ordinance
• Experience of writing local policies with group policy alignment, whilst complying with local regulations.
• Keeps abreast with local market and regulatory changes
• Governance and stakeholder management experience
• Strong communication skills – with ability to influence and build strong working relationships
• Technical and Operational Competency
• Experience of leadership with hands on execution – ‘Player-coach’ leadership style, preferably with experience of working in a global organisation
