REC Engineering Company Limited is inviting high caliber candidates to join their engineering team as an Engineer.
工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Preparation of tender, job budget, drawings and equipment submission;
- Perform project planning, site supervision and overall project management;
- Coordinate with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors;
- Supervise sub-contractors and attend site meetings;
- Assist in prepare of payment, variation claim and negotiation;
- Participate in other tasks as assigned
入職要求 / Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Fire Services or related discipline;
- At least 2 years’ experience in handling renovation / fitting out / A&A projects;
- Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS Applications etc.;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
