工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Lead individual, partner and small group Pilates / Gyrotonic training sessions to members and guests of varying fitness levels;
- Train within standard guidelines of specialty certifications;
- Ensure Pilates / Gyrotonic Apparatus Instructors develop safe, professional and comprehensive classes and sessions specific to member satisfaction and fitness goals;
- Ability to demonstrate effective group reformer instruction;
- Give recommendations to the Fitness Director on implementing marketing and promotion strategies regarding Pilates / Gyrotonic program;
- Focus on customer service, including professional and effective communication skills;
- To maintain the Pilates / Gyrotonic facilities in the center.
入職要求 / Requirements
- Holder of relevant diploma or certificates;
- Previous relevant experience will be advantage.
