工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Assisting the Trading / Category manager in developing and executing category strategies to drive sales, profitability, and market share
- Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights
- Assisting in vendor selection and management, negotiation of contracts, and pricing strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, merchandising, and supply chain to ensure effective execution of category plans
- Managing the product assortment, ensuring that it is aligned with the overall strategy and meets customer needs
- Monitoring and analyzing category performance metrics and making recommendations for improvement
- Supporting the creation of promotional and marketing campaigns to drive category growth
- Assisting in hitting of assigned KPI's for the category
入職要求 / Requirements
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior
- Experience working with vendors and negotiating contracts
- Experience with beauty or retail is preferred
- Less experience will be considered as Category Officer
