工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with HK Employment Ordinance, MPF rules, and IRD requirements.
- MPF submissions, payroll reports, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll data, time & attendance, and leave records.
- Respond to employee payroll, tax, and benefits enquiries.
- To perform monthly part-time staff salary calculation
- Handle Face ID system including all staff data registration and update, and the system maintenance with vendor
入職要求 / Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in human resources preferably in sizable hospitality or service or retail industry and track record on handling payroll transactions and calculation.
- Independent, proactive & self-motivated
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
