Colife is looking for a practical, hands-on Handyman / Apartment Maintenance Assistant to maintain and support their apartment portfolio in Hong Kong.
工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Handle minor repair and maintenance requests from tenants;
- Perform small handyman tasks: plumbing, electricity, locks, furniture, painting, assembly and installation works;
- Regularly check the condition of apartments, furniture, appliances and general equipment;
- Maintain electronic locks and replace mechanical locks when needed;
- Respond to urgent apartment-related issues and involve contractors when required;
- Assist with the preparation of new apartments before move-in;
- Coordinate contractors, repair teams, designers and suppliers;
- Monitor the quality and progress of repair / setup works;
- Help with IKEA purchases, delivery coordination, unpacking, assembly and apartment setup;
- Purchase and deliver small furniture, decor, textile and household items.
入職要求 / Requirements
- Experience as a Handyman, Housemaster, Maintenance Technician, Facility Technician, Apartment Technician or similar role;
- Ability to perform basic hands-on repair tasks in apartments;
- Readiness to work in a mobile role and move between apartments across Hong Kong;
- Ability to use manual and electric tools;
- Basic understanding of apartment renovation, setup or maintenance processes;
- Ability to coordinate contractors, suppliers and repair teams;
- Responsibility, accuracy and attention to detail;
- Good communication skills;
- Basic English for communication with the international team.
