工作職責 / Responsibilities

• **Project Oversight & Risk Management:** Supervise the overall progress of all ongoing projects. Proactively identify potential operational risks and intervene promptly to keep projects on track.
• **Cross-Team Coordination:** Seamlessly bridge the workflow and handover between the Creative Design Team and the Project Management/Site Teams to ensure flawless execution.
• **Process Optimization:** Continuously review, streamline, and optimize internal operational workflows, driving company-wide systematization and automation.
• **Vendor & Contract Management:** Oversee and manage relationships, contract terms, and negotiations with suppliers, sub-contractors, and vendors.
• **Client Escalation Handling:** Act as the key point of contact for handling client complaints and managing issue escalations with professionalism and diplomacy.
• **Operational Reporting:** Compile comprehensive operational and performance reports, providing regular strategic updates and insights directly to the Founder.

入職要求 / Requirements

• **Industry Experience:** Minimum of **5 years of proven experience** in project management or operations management within the **Interior Design, Architecture, or Construction/Engineering** industry in Hong Kong.
• **Local Expertise:** Deep familiarity with Hong Kong building regulations, statutory codes, and the fast-paced dynamics of the local renovation industry.
• **Soft Skills:** Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
• **Project Tools:** High proficiency in modern project management tools; **strong preference will be given to candidates with advanced Airtable experience**.
• **Attributes:** Methodical, highly organized, and possesses the ability to remain calm and structured under high-pressure situations.
