工作職責 / Responsibilities

• Overseeing appointments, treatment room readiness, equipment maintenance, and the smooth workflow of the spa
• Hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating massage therapists, estheticians, receptionists, and support staff
• Resolving client complaints, personalizing treatment experiences, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
• Managing invoices, inventory, and operational costs, while maximizing revenue
• Designing campaigns, loyalty programs, or seasonal packages to attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Ensuring adherence to health codes, hygiene standards, and local regulations
• Liaise with managerial team for development and operation
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

入職要求 / Requirements

• 5 years or more of relevant beauty management experience
• Familiar with professional beauty knowledge
• Experience working in beauty salons or SPA centre is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in Cantonese and English (Good command in Mandarin is an advantage)
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Skilled in decision-making, adaptable, and analytical
• Strong sense of market trends in the beauty industry
