工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Perform facial, massage and beauty treatments with personalized client experience
- Provide professional consultations and personalised treatment plans based on clients' skin and body conditions.
- Maintain detailed client records and treatment notes
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the treatment room and equipment
- Build strong relationships with members and encourage repeat visits.
- Promote spa services, spa products and wellness programs when appropriate.
入職要求 / Requirements
- Good spoken English, Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
- 2 year or more of previous experience in beauty spa and salon.
- Recognized esthetics certificate (ITEC, CIBTAC or equivalent) or recognized practical spa certification is preferred.
- Friendly personality, good customer service skills, welcoming manner, self motivated, team player and honest.
