We are seeking a Technical Designer / Project Interior Designer to coordinate and produce shop drawings and liaise with project teams in a fast-paced environment.

工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Coordinate and produce a full set of shop drawings, detailed drawings, and material selections for fitting-out, renovation, and residential projects.
- Communicate and liaise with designers, external furniture vendors, site supervisors, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth production and compliance with design specifications and company standards.
- Assist and support the project team in meeting tight schedules across multiple projects.
- Review and coordinate fitting-out details to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Manage the full scope of budget, design, production & site work from concept development to construction oversight.
- Assist in ad hoc assignments when required.
入職要求 / Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in fitting-out, building, construction, or residential interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential; familiarity with Sketchup, 3D Max, or Revit is an advantage.
- Native proficiency in Cantonese, and good command of Mandarin and English.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility; able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a good team player.
- Willingness to work on-site, Immediate availability preferred.
