As a Training Supervisor, you will lead and execute training strategies to enhance Beauty Advisors' performance and support business objectives.

工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Lead and execute training strategy to support business objectives and enhance BA performance across counters
- Provide field coaching and mentorship to Beauty Advisors, Counter Managers, and senior team members through regular store visits
- Deliver structured training programs including product knowledge, selling skills, makeup techniques, and customer experience
- Act as a role model in makeup application, demonstrating professional techniques (e.g. mini makeovers, consultation flow, trend looks) to elevate frontline capability
- Build strong relationships with frontline teams to understand business needs and identify skill gaps, providing actionable coaching and solutions
- Oversee and ensure smooth execution of all training logistics (training calendar, materials, attendance, venue setup)
- Support Training Manager in developing and localising training materials, including translations and content enhancement
- Monitor training effectiveness and BA performance, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Retail, Marketing, PR) to ensure alignment on product launches and service standards
- Lead onboarding and development of new hires, ensuring a consistent and high-quality training experience
入職要求 / Requirements
- Proven experience as a Training Executive, Senior Trainer, or similar role, with leadership exposure
- Strong background in the beauty industry, with solid makeup application skills (essential)
- Ability to demonstrate and coach makeup techniques confidently on counter
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to motivate teams at different levels
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management capability
- Highly organised with strong multitasking and planning skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to track performance and training effectiveness
- Proactive, hands‑on, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment
- Additional training or makeup certification is a plus
