工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Manage the Dietitian’s appointment schedule and maintain an organised calendar.
- Welcome clients warmly and provide excellent on-site assistance during their visits.
- Handle client enquiries and deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Dietitian.
- Assist the Dietitian during consultations and follow-up sessions.
- Support the Dietitian in performing health assessments and body composition analyses using specialised equipment.
- Maintain accurate client records and contribute to the smooth daily operations of the clinic.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
入職要求 / Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Nutrition, Health Science, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in a clinic, healthcare, beauty, wellness, or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Customer-focused, friendly, approachable, and highly responsible.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, and data entry).
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
