Design Manager role responsible for leading a design team and managing interior renovation projects.

工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Initiative, creative and self-motivating with “can do” attitude, good team player, able to handle challenging situations, sense of responsibility and smart.
- Conduct space planning, design concept development, design drawings, design documentation, materials selection and tendering drawings for interior renovation & fitting out projects.
- Manage, lead and handle design team and projects.
入職要求 / Requirements
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Degree holder or above in Architecture, Interior Design or related disciplines.
- The Design Manager will also work closely with the Design Director of the development team to come up with innovative development proposals for future work.
- Minimum 8 years’ solid experience in office design, hospitality, show flat and restaurant; preferable with at least 2 years’ managerial level experience (Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Interior Designer).
- Knowledgeable in the use of materials, space-planning, operation functionality, construction details and work sequences.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up; High level of presentation and liaison skills.
- Independent, analytical, self-motivated, well-organized, able to work under pressure and tight schedule.
- Fluency in English is MUST for this role.
