工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check in every client as they arrive at the studio
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries professionally
- Manage client sign-ins and bookings using Mindbody software
- Coordinate class and private session scheduling with instructors, balancing instructor availability with client requests
- Process payments and handle point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Soft-sell studio packages, memberships, and add-ons in a natural, low-pressure way, earning commission on completed sales
- Monitor the client experience throughout their visit, ensuring comfort and satisfaction
- Handle general administrative tasks (filing, inventory of front desk/retail supplies, maintaining a tidy reception area, etc.)
入職要求 / Requirements
- 1+ year of client-facing and/or sales experience preferred (retail, hospitality, fitness, or similar industries welcome)
- Prior experience with Mindbody software is a strong advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable initiating friendly, genuine conversations with clients
- Confident with basic sales conversations; motivated by commission-based incentives
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask during busy periods
- Positive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in health, wellness, or fitness
- Available to work a flexible shift schedule, including weekends
員工福利 / Benefits
- Base salary: HKD 14,000-16,000/month (commensurate with experience)
- 5–10% commission on all sales made
- MPF contributions as per Hong Kong statutory requirements
