工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Upholding our standards of excellence and hospitality
- Leading boht FOH and BOH teams for two restaurants
- Managing all functions on daily operations
- Focusing attention on team development
- Overseeing inventory, quality and safety
- Managing the facility
- Leading and developing community relations
入職要求 / Requirements
- Solid experience in F&B industry with 5 to 10 year in a similar position
- Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so
- Understanding of financial aspects of business operations
