工作職責 / Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support in planning, coordination, and execution of renovation, relocation, and fit-out projects.
- Coordinate design reviews, technical inputs, and user requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery, cost control, compliance with corporate governance, and effective stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support preparation of tender documents, evaluation reports and contract administration.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and monthly executive summaries.
- Liaise with vendors for progress updates.
- Assist in practical completion, snag list management, and defect rectification.
- Compile handover documentation including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and warranties.
- Trade procurement milestones and manage variation requests.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress against schedule and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and permit-to-work requirements.
- Coordinate logistics for relocation and commissioning activities
入職要求 / Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Building Services, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, fit-out, or renovation works.
- Familiarity with Hong Kong building codes, safety standards, and procurement processes.
- Proficient in MS Office, project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project), and reporting systems.
- The employment will be on a contract basis and subject to renewal.
