工作職責 / Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of F&B fit-out projects (2k–5k sq ft), ensuring they are delivered on time for grand openings and within budget.
• Coordinate works in active commercial buildings or shopping malls. Handle the specific challenges of F&B sites, including night/weekend works, hoarding, waste disposal, and strict building management access.
• Oversee the integration of complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services, grease traps, exhaust systems, and commercial kitchen equipment installation.
• Serve as the bridge between the client (restauranteurs/operators), designers, and sub-contractors. Translate design intent into practical, buildable solutions on site.
• Manage variations, sub-contractor payments, and procurement to maintain healthy project margins.
• Enforce a high standard of finishing (stone, metalwork, joinery) appropriate for luxury F&B environments.

入職要求 / Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Building Studies, Construction Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in F&B/Hospitality fit-outs.
• Minimum 3–5 years of site experience (Fit-out background preferred; F&B experience is a bonus but not mandatory).
• Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Familiarity with MS Project and AutoCAD is a must.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential for liaising with international design consultants and expatriate clients. Cantonese is highly advantageous for daily site communication with local workers.
