To develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the efficient operation of building systems and infrastructure.
To coordinate and oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of school properties.
To supervise and monitor on-site construction, renovation, and alteration and addition (A&A) projects.
To carry out regular checking, testing, and commissioning of various equipment and building services following improvement or A&A projects, ensuring workmanship, schedules, and details align with pre-determined specifications and school standards.
To liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure the timely and effective completion of tasks.
To provide technically related contract administration services for E&M and builder disciplines in relation to operations projects.
To assist with the preparation of budgets, cost estimates, and reports related to property management activities.
To prepare various technical reports and advise on improvement actions.
To perform any ad hoc technical services, support, or duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Higher Diploma holder or above in Building Services, Property Management, or a related discipline.
5-year experience in a technical or property management role
Registered Electrical Worker (A) of EMSD preferred
Knowledge in B.S. upgrading and renovation projects preferred
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement practical solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
Proficient in MS Office / Google applications
A team player with a proactive and customer-oriented approach
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Officer
